OPEN POSITION: Graphic Designer
We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer who understands that beauty is in the details — and that every visual Bailey's puts into the world should make a woman feel something before she reads a single word.
You'll work directly with the founders to shape how Bailey's looks across every touchpoint — from the website to Meta ads to email campaigns.
What you'll do:
- Design website banners, collection imagery, and product page visuals that feel warm, coastal, and effortlessly elegant
- Create ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram that stop a 55-year-old woman mid-scroll for the right reasons
- Build email visuals that feel like a letter from a friend, not a marketing blast
- Maintain complete visual consistency across every Bailey's touchpoint — same fonts, same palette, same feeling every time
- Work closely with the founders and bring your own creative instincts to the table
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion or e-commerce
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- A genuine eye for warmth, elegance, and restraint — you know when less is more
- Someone who understands our customer — or is willing to learn her deeply
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with direct, honest feedback
- A portfolio that shows you can create work that feels premium without being cold

OPEN POSITION: Customer Care Specialist
At Bailey's, every woman who orders from us matters. Not as a transaction — as a person. She's often ordering online for the first time from a new brand, she's nervous about fit, she's hoping this is finally the one that gets it right.
Your job is to make sure she feels taken care of from the moment she reaches out to the moment she puts on her dress and smiles.
What you'll do:
- Respond to customer emails and messages with warmth, patience, and genuine care — every response personally handled, never templated
- Help women find the right size, the right style, the right occasion fit
- Handle returns, exchanges, and order questions smoothly and generously
- Represent the Bailey's voice in every single interaction — calm, warm, confident, never robotic
- Spot patterns in customer feedback and bring them back to the team
What we're looking for:
- A naturally warm, patient communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people
- Someone who takes pride in making a customer's day better, not just resolving a ticket
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in fashion or retail
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus
