Returns

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:

  1. The product is complete, includes all appropriate parts and components, and is returned in the original packaging.

  2. Only normal handling of the product is evident; damage caused by careless handling is excluded.

  3. Products where hygiene is essential (e.g. lingerie, earrings, cosmetics) must be unopened, unused, or thoroughly cleaned before a return request is accepted.

  4. Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  5. All return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  6. A return will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

Bailey's Dresses reserves the right to refuse returned items if they appear to have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How to return your order

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  1. Send an email to support@baileysdresses.com

  2. Ensure the email contains the following information:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return request

    • Photo of the product (in case of damage/defect)

    • First and last name

    • Customer address

We will then provide you with the correct return address.
Do not send your return to the sender’s address. The return address will only be provided after your request has been approved.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, provided that they are natural persons who enter into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activities.

Cancellation conditions

  • The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), have received the goods.

  • Because we operate with a fully automated system, orders are executed immediately after being placed. It is therefore not possible to cancel an order before delivery. Cancellation is only possible after receipt of the goods by returning them under the conditions stated above.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bailey's Dresses) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal is completed when we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

Goods in transit

Our goods are shipped from Asia. This may result in longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us under the above conditions. You may, however, inform us in advance of your intention to withdraw.

For the fastest possible processing, please provide us with shipping confirmation once you have returned your order.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our standard shipping).

Refunds will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we have received both your withdrawal request and the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for this refund.

**All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
